Due to the spread of COVID-19, you must wear a mask or other mouth and nose covering during the entirety of your appointment as well as maintain a minimum distance of six feet from the technician at all times. Failure to abide by these safety standards may result in a hazard fee of $250 being added to your final bill.
5. Scheduling, Changes, and Cancellations
Cancellations made 72 hours or earlier prior to the start of your appointment will result in a $25 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start of your appointment, as well as any missed appointments or no shows, will be billed the one-hour minimum. Appointments paid for in advance are non-refundable. At the time of scheduling your appointment, we will run a pre-authorization on your card for the estimated cost of your service, as well as any requested materials, which will hold funds until the appointment, the funds will be captured at the time of the appointment or 7 days from the date of the pre-authorization, whichever comes first. Changes to appointments are generally not allowed. However, at times we may be able to accommodate change requests, in these instances a fee may be imposed, this fee will not exceed the cancellation fee. Cancellations made due to a technician’s late arrival will not be subject to the one-hour minimum only in the event that the technician arrived more than one hour after the confirmed appointment window.
6. Confirmation of Your Appointment
Once your appointment has been scheduled you will receive a text message and/or an email message from us. Your response of “Yes” to this message is required to confirm your appointment. If you do not respond before your appointment time then your appointment will be automatically canceled and you may be billed the one-hour minimum. If we do not receive a valid response of “Yes” from you within one hour of scheduling your appointment we may not be able to honor your original appointment date and time, in this event a new date and time may be offered to you. Cancelation of your appointment at the time is still subject to our normal cancellation policy.
7. Late payments
After the appointment, any balance owed will be charged to your payment method on file. If this payment method is declined and we are unable to process your payment we will contact you. If the entire balance owed is not paid in full the same day as the appointment then a $10 late payment fee may be added to your total bill for every day that there is still a balance owed.
8. Invalid disputes
If you contact us to dispute the work done by the tech during your appointment we will offer to initiate an internal dispute on your behalf. If you choose to do so we will collect information from you related to your side of the dispute including any evidence you may have. This will be processed and we will follow up with you on the verdict generally within 2 to 3 business days. Due to the cost and time involved in handling disputes, there may be a $25 fee imposed on the client for initiating a dispute that is later resolved in favor of the tech. If the dispute is resolved in favor of the client then no such fee would be imposed.
9. Friendly Fraud
If after paying via credit or debit card you chargeback some or all of the amount billed (Friendly fraud) this amount may be disputed and you may be billed an additional $250 fee. 10. Governing Law
Any claim relating to TV Mounting Houston shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Permanent Makeup is usually a painless procedure but some discomfort may be felt at the beginning of the procedure. Numbing anesthetics are used during the process to keep the pain minimal. “Please note” if you’re on your menstrual cycle or about to start you may be more sensitive to pain. You might want to consider this when booking your appointment.

Permanent makeup, also known as permanent cosmetics, cosmetic tattooing, and micro pigmentation, is the process of adding pigments into the skin. Permanent makeup enhances the appearance of facial features such as brows, eyes, and lips.

A consultation is usually not required for permanent makeup procedures. We will discuss color, shape, and design on the day of your appointment. If you have had previous permanent makeup done elsewhere or have any skin issues/disorders such as severe acne or seborrheic-dermatitis, then a consultation is required. If you arrive at an appointment without having a consultation first (either by phone or in-person) we have the right to refuse service and the deposit will be forfeited.

Almost all permanent cosmetic procedures usually require a touch-up session (perfection visit) to achieve the desired look. At times a third session is required due to factors such as oily skin, high use of nicotine products (includes electronic cigarettes,) and excessive bleeding during the initial procedure.
